At Royal Hype, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • A return or refund is applicable only if the product received has a manufacturing defect or damage.

  • To be eligible for a return, the customer must provide:

    • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start without any cuts or edits.

    • The original invoice intact with the product.

  • Products without an unboxing video or missing invoice will not be eligible for a return/refund.


2. Approval Process

  • Once we receive your request along with the video and invoice, our team will review it.

  • If approved, we will notify you regarding the return procedure.

  • Refunds will not be approved for reasons such as wrong size, dislike of product, or change of mind.


3. Refund Timeline

  • After approval, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or without proper proof (video + invoice) are not eligible for return/refund.

  • Any product returned without following the above conditions will not be accepted.
