A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start without any cuts or edits.

The original invoice intact with the product.

Products without an unboxing video or missing invoice will not be eligible for a return/refund.
2. Approval Process

Once we receive your request along with the video and invoice, our team will review it.

If approved, we will notify you regarding the return procedure.

Refunds will not be approved for reasons such as wrong size, dislike of product, or change of mind.
3. Refund Timeline

After approval, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or without proper proof (video + invoice) are not eligible for return/refund.

Any product returned without following the above conditions will not be accepted.
